How to Register
Registration takes about 5 minutes. Here’s exactly what to expect.
Create a Free Account
Click the registration link on this page. You’ll be taken to our RecDesk portal — our registration system. Create a free household account if you don’t already have one.
Complete the Scholarship Form
During registration you’ll fill out the Hanscom Credit Union 2026 Summer Scholarship form. This is where you select your program — Camp Stoneham (and your preferred week) or Hall Memorial Pool. No payment is required at checkout.
Complete Additional Forms — Camp Only
If you selected Camp Stoneham, you’ll be prompted to fill out additional forms for each child — emergency contacts, allergies, bus/trip permission, photo release, and immunization records. These appear optional in our system but are required before your child’s first day of camp (DPH requirement). You can complete them during registration or log back into your RecDesk account before camp begins.
Selecting Hall Memorial Pool? No additional forms are required — you’re all set after the scholarship form.

Before You Register
Required Forms — Camp Stoneham Only
Camp registrants will be prompted to complete the following forms during registration. They will appear as optional in RecDesk — but all are required before your child’s first day (Massachusetts DPH requirement). You can complete them at registration or return to your account before camp begins.

- Immunization records (hard copy required at camp)

Camp Age Requirement
Camp Stoneham is open to Rising 1st Graders through Rising 5th Graders (children entering 1st through 5th grade in Fall 2026). Children entering Kindergarten in the fall are not yet eligible.
Licensed & Safe
Camp Stoneham is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. All staff are background-checked and certified in First Aid and CPR. Camp is 100% nut-free.
No Residency Requirement
You do not need to live in Stoneham or Wakefield to attend. Families from all surrounding communities are welcome.
